What You'll Do:

Qualifications: HS Diplomas or GED required, Associates degree preferred Minimum 2-3 years hands on manufacturing experience Knowledge of/ability to acquire a thorough understanding of customer expectations and regulatory requirements Working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCad, and Microsoft Excel a plus Understanding of basic manufacturing and fabrication processes and materials Able to assist engineering with troubleshooting of manufacturing and assembly processes Perform as manufacturing engineering assistant as needed Capable of developing standardized work instructions for manufacturing Desire to grow current skill set and expand capabilities Excellent attendance Positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Ability to read relevant measuring equipment Provide appropriate feedback and documentation Strong and consistent attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task Team oriented Able to: Work overtime on short notice
