Role: Wellness Nurse, providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in assisted living and memory care settings. Responsibilities Conduct health assessments and monitor residents' conditions Administer medications accurately and safely Ensure residents' safety, comfort, and dignity through attentive care Collaborate with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of nursing practices and medication administration Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a warm, home-like environment with compassion and professionalism Key Duties: Deliver meaningful, daily impact through dedicated resident care, participate in ongoing training, and pursue growth opportunities within a supportive, family-oriented culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
