About the Position

Primary Care Physician

Location: Oregon

Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Position Overview

• Provide primary care and urgent episodic care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Focus includes wellness, prevention, chronic disease management, and acute episodic care.
• Occupational health and basic procedures may be required based on clinic needs.
• Charting system varies by site.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO.
• Board certified in Family Medicine as required by the clinic.
• Active Oregon medical license.
• DEA with Oregon address and required schedules.
• Ability to see pediatric patients as required by the clinic.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Credentialing timeline varies by site.
• Shadow training may be required prior to first shift.
