Clinical Documentation Specialist (Medical Scribe)
CVS Health
Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to support primary care providers by documenting patient encounters in real time, observing visits, and helping prepare after-visit summaries. Scribes will learn ICD-10/CPT coding and contribute to accurate, timely documentation. Ideal candidates have strong listening and communication skills, fast typing (70+ wpm), and willingness to work full-time in clinics with 40 hours per week.
