Restaurant Manager - Wine + Bar Experience Preferred

Restaurant managers are responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant and building strong teams that provide excellent customer service to guests. You will recruit, select, train, and develop staff. The role is tasked with teaching, modeling, and upholding Raising Cane’s culture standards for all crew members, customers, and partners in a fast-paced work environment. Reporting to the Area Director, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand, growing sales while maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the restaurant. Responsibilities Manage overall restaurant operations and build strong teams to provide excellent customer service. Recruit, select, train, and develop staff. Teach, model, and uphold Raising Cane’s culture standards for crew, customers, and partners. Maintain performance in a fast-paced environment.
