Job Overview Location: Middlebury, Vermont Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/06/2026 Assignment Duration: 16 weeks Schedule: 12‑hour night shifts (typically 6:45 PM–7:15 AM) Hours per week: 36 Employment Type: Travel Job Description We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 16‑week travel nursing assignment in Middlebury, Vermont. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care in a telemetry unit, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for medical‑surgical telemetry patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Monitor telemetry patients and coordinate with medical staff for any changes in patient condition. Administer IV medications, perform EKGs, and facilitate procedures as dictated by patient needs and protocols. Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a high standard of care and support professional growth. Participate in code response activities and rapid response teams as necessary. Required Experience & Credentials Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Medical‑Surgical Telemetry (progressive care experience preferred). Current RN license and certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS (to be obtained prior to start). Experience using the EPIC documentation system within the last 2 years.
