Remote After-Hours RN Triage - Assisted Living

Cassia is seeking an experienced Minnesota RN to support RN Directors of Health Services in Assisted Living communities through a remote, part-time role.

You will triage calls from clinical staff for urgent and emergent resident situations, coordinate care with hospitals, families, and site leadership, and document all actions in the EMR. Training is required at the Edina, MN office; ongoing training may occur at Cassia sites.
