Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans based on findings. Provide individual therapy by utilizing specific evidence-based techniques suited to each client's unique circumstances, aiding in their emotional and psychological growth. Collaborate with clients to establish attainable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey. Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for all clients, including those who may feel anxious about in-person visits. Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring client information is secure. Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest practices and innovations within the mental health field. Patient Population / Client Focus The clients you will work with present a variety of challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. A nonjudgmental, empathetic approach to client interactions to facilitate open dialogue. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and contribute to administrative tasks. Preferred Experience Experience in providing teletherapy or working in a remote setting. Background in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice methodologies. Previous work with diverse populations, enhancing the understanding of various cultural dynamics within therapy. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
