Leasing Agent – Part Time: Sunday – Tuesday Location: Marysville, WA, US Salary: $24.00 to $26.00 hourly Schedule: Part‑time, Sunday – Tuesday Responsibilities Answer phones, emails, and post/monitor social media for the property Maintain cleanliness of model apartments and tour path Know occupancy, available inventory, and apartments ready for tours Run leasing applications Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files Qualifications High School education or equivalent Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and contract laborers on the property Benefits Paid time off that grows with you – plus your work anniversary day off Ongoing professional development and growth plans at every level Employee wellness support, including mental health and innovative wellness access Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discounts (LifeMart & more) Hiring is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
