Position Shipping & Door Shop Hybrid Pay $23.50+/hr DOE Schedule Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location Wilsonville, OR About the Role We’re looking for a motivated, high‑potential individual to join our team as a Utility Player. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. You’ll be cross‑trained to support both the Shipping Department and the Door Shop, making you a versatile and valuable member of the team. No extensive experience required—our client is willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude and work ethic. What You’ll Do Assist in shipping operations, including preparing, packaging, and organizing outgoing orders Support the door shop with production tasks and material handling Learn to operate equipment and tools used in both departments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as needed The Musts Experience with door fabrication and basic hand tools/power tools Can read and accurately use a tape measurer Experience with shipping & receiving procedures Valid driver's license & clean driving record Reliability and punctuality Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Positive attitude and flexibility to work between departments Interest in growing within a company long‑term Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid for the employee 401(k) with 2.5% match College savings contribution: $1,000 annually per dependent Paid time off Annual profit sharing based on company performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Opti Staffing
