As a Resident Care Assistant, you will support residents and assist the nursing team with daily care and activities. Responsibilities include: Assisting residents with personal care needs such as eating, grooming, and mobility Preparing and serving meals and snacks while monitoring intake as directed Helping maintain clean, organized, and welcoming resident spaces Providing companionship through conversation, encouragement, and participation in activities Supporting resident safety and responding promptly to resident needs Transporting residents to activities, chapel services, or appointments within the community Building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Helping ensure each resident feels respected, cared for, and valued What We're Looking For
