Quality Business Systems Specialist

Job Title Quality Business Systems Specialist Reporting To Manager, Quality Systems & Process Location & Schedule Onsite – Buffalo, NY Overview Moog is a performance culture that empowers people to achieve great things. We’re looking for a versatile quality professional to support and coordinate key business systems, blending internal auditing, MRB and CARB facilitation, and quality administration to drive compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to closure. Facilitate MRB and CARB meetings, manage changes, and maintain accurate records. Monitor nonconformance reports, follow up on NCs, and assist in KPI tracking/reporting. Maintain quality databases and documentation for audit readiness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline and 3 years experience in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration. OR Associate’s degree in the same fields and 7 years experience in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards, ERP/MES systems, and MS Office. Preferred: Auditor certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100), experience in KPI reporting, lean/CI methods. Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance. Competencies Excellent communicator and skilled team facilitator. Strong follow‑through with ability to drive items to completion.
