Order SelectorBessemer, ALWe are seeking dependable Order Selectors to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, stacking, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Responsibilities:Lift, stack, and move products weighing up to 80+ lbsPick and prepare up to 1,500 cases per shift with accuracy and efficiencyMeet established weekly production goalsWork in a variety of warehouse environments, including refrigerated/freezer areas and non-climate-controlled grocery sectionsFollow all safety guidelines and warehouse proceduresSchedule: Sunday–Friday, 3:00 PM until job completionSkills and Experience:Ability to perform physically demanding tasksExperience meeting production goals in a warehouse settingComfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including cold storage areasProven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentMinimum of 1 year warehouse experience requiredMust be able to pass a background check and drug screening processAbility to perform physically demanding work for the duration of the shiftMust be reliable and able to meet production expectationsWillingness to work nights, weekends (including Sundays), and overtime as neededBenefits:Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programApply now so we can hold a spot for you.
