Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.


• Structure deals with integrity while maximizing profitability.


• Provide guidance and assistance to customers throughout the sales process.


• Ensure all sales processes are in full compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.


• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market awareness.


• Set performance expectations and track progress through regular evaluations.


• Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.


• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and accountability.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales management experience required (minimum 2 years).


• Strong leadership and team-building skills.


• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Knowledge of dealership sales processes and compliance requirements.


• Valid driver’s license.


• High energy, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
