On-Call Urgent Care RN

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an on-call Urgent Care Nurse! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, compassionate nurse to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced clinical setting. In this role, you will triage and coordinate patient care,assistwith procedures, provideeducationand support, and serve as a strong advocate for patients from a wide range of backgrounds.You’llwork closely with providers and the care team to delivertimely, high-quality, patient-centered care whiledemonstratingprofessionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to excellence. Hiring range is generally between $44.69-$53.95_, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience._:: Differentials Available: On-Call (5%), Evenings, after 5:30p ($3.00/hour), Saturday/Sunday ($2.50/hour) On Call is not eligible for benefits and there is no guarantee of hours. Flexible availability to cover staff shortage and vacations - available shifts can include evenings and weekends with start times as early as 6:30a and end times as late as 11:30p_. On-Call requires full-time, on-site training! _ Requirements: Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensurerequired. Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within60 daysof hire or transferrequired. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification required. Experience with an electronic healthrecord,Epic experience strongly preferred. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.
