This role is ideal for a senior ceramist with a strong aesthetic focus who enjoys hands-on work while contributing to team development and long-term lab growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-level porcelain layering on multiple restorative materialsFocus on anterior cosmetic cases, smile design, and esthetic restorationsSupport full-mouth reconstructions, with strong understanding of morphology and functionCollaborate closely with doctors to achieve optimal esthetic outcomesShare knowledge and help train other technicians as the lab growsMaintain consistent quality standards in a collaborative team environmentRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Ceramist in a dental laboratoryStrong expertise in porcelain layering and cosmetic anterior restorationsSolid understanding of esthetics, morphology, and full-mouth casesExposure to cosmetic dentistry principles (AACD-style approach is a plus)Team-oriented mindset with interest in growing alongside the labCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $75,000 – $100,000, depending on experience and skill setCompensation is flexible and may increase based on technical scope, case complexity, and contribution to training or lab growth, along with attractive incentives, performance bonuses, and potential profit sharingPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidays & weekends offHealth insurance (50% employer contribution)Relocation assistance available with a minimum 3-year commitment
