Lead Automotive & Fleet Painter

What You’ll Do

As our Lead Painter , you will be the driving force behind our paint department. You won't get bored here; your canvas changes daily. You will be responsible for prepping, mixing, matching, and applying high-end finishes to a diverse range of vehicles, including:

Passenger cars and custom auto projects
Semis and commercial trailers
Dump trucks and heavy equipment
Service bodies and utility vehicles

What We’re Looking For

High-End Experience: Proven track record of delivering flawless finishes on both automotive and large-scale commercial fleet vehicles.
A Self-Starter: You don’t need to be micro-managed. You know how to manage your time, prep your booth, and keep the workflow moving efficiently.
An Eye for Detail: A passion for quality control. You notice the tiny imperfections others miss and ensure every job leaves the booth looking brand new.
Team Leader Mentality: Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized mixing room and paint booth area.
