Truck Team Member

Openings at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? We're adding new team members to keep up with the busy season. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for truck team members who enjoy staying busy, working with people, and taking pride in a job done right. What you can expect:

• $22-26/hr average all-in (base pay + tips + bonuses)
• Full-time and part-time availability (8-12 hour shifts)
• Paid training

How you'll spend the day:

• Head out with a teammate on a set route
• Drive a company truck to homes and businesses
• Walk customers through the service and estimates
• Remove items such as furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
• Lift and carry 50-75+ lbs safely during jobs
• Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Communicate with operations to keep everything running smoothly

Who this role is for:

• People who like being active and productive
• Clear communicators
• Team-oriented individuals
• 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Availability to work at least one weekend day
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
