OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Columbus, OH by Benefit Trucking

Benefit Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours

Your Duties:
- Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous loads
- Follow company and DOT safety standards
- Keep precise trip documentation and inspection logs
Compensation & Perks:
- $0.65–$0.77 per mile plus HazMat pay
- $2,500 sign-on bonus, safety/productivity bonuses
- Biweekly home time, health/dental/vision plans, 401(k) matching, PTO, clean-inspection and referral rewards
