Resident AssistantWe are looking for a Resident Assistant to join our team at Meadows on Fairview Assisted Living in Wyoming, MN! This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services to enhance and/or maintain the residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.Meadows on Fairview Senior Living, is Ebenezer's 51 Unit Assisted Living and Transitional Care Community located in Wyoming, MN near Highway 35, County Roads 8, and 61. Conveniently across the street from Fairview Lakes Hospital and Dialysis center offering a full continuum of care for our residents. Our tenured staff is dedicated to healing, discovering and educating for longer, healthier and substantial lives.This schedule includes:55 hours every two weeksEvening/overnight shift12 hour shiftEvery third weekend rotationBlock Schedule:Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, ThursdayWeek 2: Friday, Saturday, SundayWeek 3: ThursdayResponsibilitiesAssists residents with personal cares including but not limited to:Bathing/showeringFoot and fingernail careAssists with meal service in dining room.Assists with preparing for and/or facilitating resident social and recreational activities as assigned and as requested.Observes tenants/residents and reports status to appropriate staff.Notifies appropriate staff of changes in physical and/or emotional conditions such as change in attitude or mood, loss of appetite, change in weight.Serves as a mandated reporter and reports any concerns regarding potential mistreatmentOffers pertinent observations and input.Responds appropriately to resident and building emergencies.Required QualificationsLess than 1 yearAbility to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machinesIf under 18 must be on MN NAR registryPreferred Qualifications1-3 years' experience
