We are an electrical contractor seeking an office manager.

At Belcher Electric, we are seeking a full-time, highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Windows 10, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, and have experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, as well as providing direct administrative support to the company owner. We are a small and rapidly growing electrical contracting business providing excellent and professional service to both residential and commercial businesses. You will be joining a team of highly skilled and fun individuals motivated on creating a great work environment in and out of the office.

Job requirements:

·         Answering the phone;

·         Checking and sending emails;

·         Paying company bills online;

·         Customer service;

·         Some human resources responsibilities, including but not limited to tracking employee start dates, track employee vacation days, assist with insurance enrollment, as well as coordinating payroll to the company accountant;

·         Generate, submit and track customer invoices (from generation to receipt);

·         Subcontractors, supply research, ordering and tracking;

·         Direct administrative assistant to company owner;

·         Assist with electrical job bids; and, assist/coordinate material orders.

·         Knowledge of Windows 10, Excel, Microsoft Word. (Knowledge of Bluebeam not required but beneficial);

Pay and benefits:

·         Pay based on experience;

· Company-paid health insurance (health, dental, and vision);

·         Yearly bonuses based on performance;

· In-office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, but negotiable
