Epic Physical Therapy is PT-owned, which means the therapists treating patients also have a say in how the clinic is run. Owner Ryan Palkoner has 20 years of practice experience across Florida, California, and Colorado, has served as Ironman medical staff, and lectures nationally on manual release technique. He's seen enough clinics to know what makes one work well for both patients and staff. The practice puts substantial weight behind mentorship and professional development, and clinics consistently perform in the top tier nationally on patient outcomes.

This role pays $80,000–$89,360 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.

In addition we provide:

• $1,500 Sign On. Eligibility

• Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend

• $12,000 fellowship reimbursement

• 17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

• $10,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

• Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

• Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

• Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

We’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• A Colorado physical therapy license, or eligibility for one

• All experience levels are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

• Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

• Current CPR certification

You’ll need to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
