About the Role:
Join Rocky's as a Deli Cook in Crawfordville, FL, where you'll bring your culinary skills to life in a vibrant and friendly environment. You'll play a key role in crafting delicious deli items that our customers love, all while working with a passionate team dedicated to quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of deli meats, cheeses, and sandwiches to order.
• Ensure all food is prepared to company standards and meets health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area and kitchen equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, discarding any expired items.
• Participate in daily cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold a safe kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a deli, restaurant, or food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
