In-House Counsel & Compliance Lead (Consumer Finance)

RTO National is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel to handle day-to-day legal, compliance, and contract needs for a growing specialty consumer finance company. The role is execution-oriented, hands-on, and reports to executive leadership with direct supervision of the Compliance Manager.
The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of experience, a Juris Doctor, and SC licensure, and will contribute to risk management, policy updates, and strategic business decisions.
