Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Greenfield | Milwaukee, WI
$43–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join Autumn Lake at Greenfield. You'll help residents work toward moving more comfortably and safely, with treatment plans built around what they want to accomplish.
What You'll Do
Evaluate mobility, strength, and balance to identify each resident's needs
Develop and provide individualized physical therapy treatment
Measure progress and revise plans as residents' goals or abilities change
Communicate with families, nursing, and fellow therapists to coordinate care
