Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is hiring a Production Supervisor for our newly built, air-conditioned 140,000 square foot facility in Casa Grande, AZ. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Management Team and be responsible for the production of sheet metal products for the facility, utilizing coils, plasmas, brakes, shears, and spiral machines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute as a valuable team member to our overall success. What you’ll be doing: Orienting and managing all employees in the safe and efficient operation of all production equipment. Supervise and lead the production team. Scheduling and assigning employees to meet delivery dates. Direct the flow of orders from steel coils to finished product. Monitor and communicate production levels. Maintain a clean and orderly facility. Assist with the operation of equipment and fabrication of goods. What we Need: Proven experience supervising production operations. Knowledge of fast-paced manufacturing, metal fabrication a plus. Organizational skills. Detail-Oriented and accurate with paperwork and processes.
