We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver one-on-one care to seniors across the Fargo-Moorhead area, helping them stay safe and independent at home. Put your CNA skills to work with a flexible schedule and the time to actually know your clients, without the pace of a facility floor.$17.00 to $22.50 per hour, with your certification and experience rewarded.One-on-one home care instead of a busy facility, with weekly paydays.Full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts to fit your life.Award-winning employer, recognized nationally for care and workplace culture.Teladoc virtual medical care and personal protective equipment provided.Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.Mobility and transfer assistance.Help with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping.Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, supporting them with patience through changes in mood and behavior.Observe and document each client's condition and report changes to the care team.Companionship and one-on-one support that helps clients stay at home.An active CNA certification (North Dakota or Minnesota).A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients.Compassion, reliability, and strong communication.Home care or senior care experience is a plus.Griswold Home Care is an equal opportunity employer.
