Generalist - 2nd Shift

ARDE Inc., the U.S. leader in manufacturing pressure vessels for space applications, is seeking multiple versatile Generalists to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including media blast, conathane application (polyurethane roll coating), metal (inconel, aluminum) cleaning, bulge forming, and other manufacturing activities when needed.

Essential functions:

• Perform media blast, coating application, and metal (inconel, aluminum) cleaning processes.
• Operate equipment for bulge forming and cleaning equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

Preferred additional skills:

• Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with handling and cleaning aerospace-grade materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
