Location: La Cruces, NM

Start Date: 08/10/2026

End Date/Duration: 13-week contract

Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Licenses/Certifications: NM RN license or compact license, ACLS, BLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care dialysis, recent ICU dialysis experience, Tablo system experience

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and critical care cases.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient responses before, during, and after dialysis.
• Operate and troubleshoot Tablo dialysis systems efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, ICU staff, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor vascular access and administer medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.

What You Need

• Current RN license (NM or compact)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care dialysis experience
• Recent ICU dialysis experience
• Experience with Tablo dialysis systems
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation (1 week on/off)
