A well-established orthopedic practice in the Lake Michigan region of Northwest Indiana is seeking a BC/BE General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a collaborative team providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care to a growing community.\n

Position Highlights: \n

• Join an established orthopedic practice with experienced surgeons and strong support
\n
• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care for musculoskeletal conditions affecting bones, joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and spine
\n
• Flexible full-time schedule with strong work-life balance
\n
• Outpatient volume of 25-30 patients per day
\n
• Surgical volume of 7-12 cases per week
\n
• Call rotation of 1:4
\n
• Telehealth visits available
\n
• Utilize advanced techniques and technology to restore function and improve quality of life
\n
• Collaborative team environment focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
