Job Description

The Sales Specialist plays a vital role within the Sales Team, focusing on both acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of product offerings, and the ability to manage relationships throughout the sales cycle to drive revenue and foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads through market research and outreach
Engage and build relationships with prospective and current customers
Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to customer needs
Negotiate deals to maximize sales and profitability
Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively address customer questions
Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Track and manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
Provide ongoing customer support and resolve issues promptly
Report sales activity and results to the sales management team
