Strategic Nonprofit Finance Director

Aston Carter

Aston Carter is seeking a Senior Finance Leader for a permanent onsite role in New Britain, CT. You will translate executive direction into actionable tasks, oversee the nonprofit and grant accounting, and drive the close, audit, and budgeting cycles with a commitment to accuracy and compliance. You will partner with program and administrative leaders to explain results, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements while mentoring Finance staff and strengthening internal controls.
