Job Description The ideal Key Holder is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. In this role, you’ll wear many hats: assisting managers with daily operations, maximizing sales, and maintaining operational standards. A Day in the Life Support a team of employees to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful, including opening and closing routines with a customer-first focus. Lead by example—meet self and company goals while delivering amazing customer service. Teach and train employees to deliver outstanding customer service. Share your love of fashion, and inform customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, Nordstrom Rewards program, and mailing list. Assist in maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms. Complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed. Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms. Qualifications High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Ability to identify opportunities that benefit the customer and build solutions to meet expectations, resolving issues. Quick adaptability to new initiatives, concepts, and services within the store. Proven success in fast-paced environments with multitasking capabilities. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Basic understanding of technology tools and computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and more. Physical requirements: continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching; frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; must handle bulky items and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Pay Range The pay range(s) provided is compliant with state laws.
