About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Lambertville, NJ . As an RBT at True Progress Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with families and our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, collecting and documenting data on client progress, and collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success.
