Weekend Start-of-Care (SOC) Admissions RN Home Health (PRN / PPV)

Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice Medicare 5-Star Agency

We are seeking a Weekend SOC Admissions RN to support our growing Home Health team in Pierce and King County!

Compensation

Pay: $200 per completed SOC
At least two SOCs per shift
Up to 5-6 SOCs per weekend
No hourly requirement
SOC assignments provided no later than the day prior
Mileage reimbursement

Requirements

Current WA RN license
1+ year clinical nursing experience in a Home Health agency
Current AHA BLS
Strong assessment and independent practice skills
Reliable transportation

Essential Duties

Complete weekend Start-of-Care admissions
Perform comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation
Establish the initial Plan of Care
Educate patients and families
Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
