We are seeking a Weekend SOC Admissions RN to support our growing Home Health team in Pierce and King County!
Compensation
- Pay: $200 per completed SOC
- At least two SOCs per shift
- Up to 5-6 SOCs per weekend
- No hourly requirement
- SOC assignments provided no later than the day prior
- Mileage reimbursement

Requirements
- Current WA RN license
- 1+ year clinical nursing experience in a Home Health agency
- Current AHA BLS
- Strong assessment and independent practice skills
- Reliable transportation
Essential Duties
- Complete weekend Start-of-Care admissions
- Perform comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation
- Establish the initial Plan of Care
- Educate patients and families
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
