Commercial Insurance Underwriter & Client Services

The Underwriter / CSR plays a key role in underwriting accounts while providing exceptional customer service to assigned clients. This position requires effective communication with company underwriters, clients, and in-house brokers to ensure risks are accurately assessed and underwritten, meeting the specific needs and satisfaction of clients. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into the company's software system. Generate quotes using various insurance carrier portals. Maintain effective communication with a broad range of insurance carriers. Provide responsive and satisfactory customer support to clients. Collaborate with internal brokers and underwriting teams to ensure proper risk evaluation. Required Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills.
