We’re hiring friendly, motivated individuals for Entry-Level Retail Energy Savings Program Representative positions. If you enjoy helping people and want to build experience in customer service, community outreach, energy efficiency, or sustainability , this is a great opportunity to get started.
No previous experience required. Paid training provided.
What You’ll DoYou’ll work in retail and community locations, speaking with customers about energy efficiency programs, utility savings opportunities, incentives, and conservation initiatives .
Your responsibilities may include:
- Engaging shoppers in friendly, professional conversations
- Explaining available energy-saving programs and potential benefits
- Providing information about eligibility, incentives, and enrollment
- Answering basic customer questions
- Helping customers understand available options and next steps
- Supporting community outreach and public awareness campaigns
- Recording customer interest and inquiries when applicable
- Working with your team to meet outreach goals
- Following program guidelines and company procedures
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Strong communicators with a customer-first attitude
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in busy retail environments
- Positive, goal-oriented, and team-focused
Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, marketing, promotions, or community outreach is welcome but not required .
