Non-CDL Delivery Driver

This position offers an opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Non-CDL Delivery Driver to support daily delivery operations by safely transporting products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized vehicle. You will load and unload products, drive a box truck or van on established routes, and ensure each delivery is completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

Pay: $20 - $30/hr

Shift: First (1st) shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Load products onto the truck safely and accurately before each route, ensuring all items match delivery documentation.
• Deliver products to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner while representing the company positively.
• Drive safely at all times and follow all traffic laws, company safety guidelines, and route instructions.
• Unload products at each delivery location with care, ensuring items are handled properly and placed as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept truck, including daily checks of cleanliness and basic condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to provide updates, clarify instructions, and resolve issues.
• Follow all company procedures and complete required documentation accurately, including delivery records and any related paperwork.
• Use company-provided equipment, including vehicles with cameras, in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.

Essential Skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving vans, box trucks, or similar delivery vehicles.
• Ability to be trained on delivery procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Capability to lift, move, and carry products as needed for loading and unloading.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability in completing routes and duties.
• Good time-management and organizational skills to follow schedules and routes efficiently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Safe driving skills with consistent adherence to traffic laws and safety standards.

This role is primarily based in a warehouse and on the road. You will start your day in a warehouse environment to load and unload products, then drive a high-top vehicle, such as a van or box truck, equipped with a camera for safety and monitoring. The position involves regular physical activity, including lifting and carrying products, and requires comfort working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. You will operate within established routes and schedules, following company safety procedures and using company-provided equipment throughout your shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandwich, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
