Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with primary care providers to identify, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues, becoming an integral part of the healthcare team.

  • Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, which involve diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations, followed by formulating treatment goals and plans.

  • Providing brief, focused mental health interventions tailored to client needs, while effectively recommending appropriate follow-up care.

  • Initiating follow-ups to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

  • Developing individualized relapse prevention plans for at-risk clients, encouraging stable functioning through therapeutic support.

  • Documenting patient progress and diagnostic information meticulously in treatment charts, ensuring comprehensive care coordination.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, for new team members, a SIGN-ON BONUS is available.
