Please fill out the application and view job description here: Seeking a police dispatch professional who can dispatch police, fire and emergency personnel in respond to a variety of community emergency and assistance calls. Qualifications -- Lateral Transfers Preferred · High School Diploma or GED · Varying shift work required · Must possess at time of employment, and continuously maintain, a valid Wyoming class "C" driver's license · Must be or become a Notary Public · CPR and First Aid certified Dispatcher I · Must be a minimum of 18 years of age · Must be eligible for P.O.S.T. Basic dispatch certification · Six (6) months responsible work experience Dispatcher II · Must be a minimum of 21 years of age · Must be eligible for P.O.S.T. Advanced peace officer certification · Three (3) years experience as a dispatcher · Must Successfully Complete WLEA Advanced Communications or equivalent training. · Must be a certified as an Emergency Medical Dispatch or Communications Training Officer Compensation & Benefits · Health Insurance · Life Insurance Benefit · Long-term Disability · Retirement Plan · Vacation · Sick Leave · Holiday Pay · Longevity Pay
