As a Stock Manager, you will strive to achieve personal and store sales goals while prioritizing the customer experience through the supervision and guidance of the stock supervisor and cashier teams. You will work in a fun, inspiring, and rewarding environment with opportunities for development and growth.WHAT YOU’LL DO:• Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach • Directly train and partner with Stock team to ensure all management and inventory functions run smoothly • Understand all management register functions and operational functions • Supervise all merchandise shipments and immediately report any discrepancies • Ensure that the selling floor is organized, stocked and follows visual directives • Assist in leading inventory counts and communicate needs to support business goals • Leverage company tools to improve department performance and replenishment strategiesYOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:• 2+ years of high volume relevant retail experience as a proven leader • Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
