Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse/Forklift Associate.
Warehouse/Forklift Associate Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Pay Rate : $17.00-$19.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Location : West Chester Township, OH
Warehouse/Forklift Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required.
Experience operating warehouse and material-handling equipment.
Experience with shipping and receiving preferred.
Experience with order picking and inventory control preferred.
RF scanner experience preferred.
Ability to safely handle and move large and heavy products.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

About the Warehouse/Forklift Associate Role
As a Warehouse/Forklift Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
Unload incoming trucks and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
Receive, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
Stage and load products onto delivery vehicles.
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist with inventory and cycle counts as needed.
Handle large and heavy products while preventing damage to materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
