Description of Work The position must develop a means of assessing staff training needs and develop appropriate training plans. The trainer must provide training in a variety of training capacities such as classroom training, webinars, teletalks and web-based training and must stay abreast of state and federal regulations as they apply to the Child Support Program and the customers. This position must manage multiple priorities and time sensitive projects; be able to communicate with diverse groups and individuals and have the ability to accept and complete special projects in addition to the general assignments.
