Sanitation Manager Bauer Consulting Group, Inc. - Clifton, NJ, United States Location: Clifton, NJ area Qualifications High School diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred) Extensive Knowledge of SQF, BRC, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and MSDS. Experience keeping areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition to ensure food safety, quality, and continuous production. Supervises the Sanitation Crew on all shifts; analyzes problem sanitation areas, researches and resolves any sanitation issues. Maintains Sanitation programs and ensures SQF certification each year with third‑party quality audits. Coordinates the purchase of cleaning products, PPE, parts for sanitation equipment, and all sanitation supplies. Ensures plant compliance with sanitation and safety programs: recordkeeping, SSOPs (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures), MSSs (Master Sanitation Schedules), and chemical safety. Works with production, maintenance, and other departments to assure that food products meet the appropriate sanitation and food safety requirements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
