What You’ll Do:  

• Sell directly to residential homeowners – Lead by example and be the top producer 
• Execute a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results 
• Drive accountability and push the team to hit revenue goals 
• Earn commissions on your sales

• A top closer ready to sell and by following a proven sales process
• A builder who thrives in a startup-style environment 
• Sales experience (home improvement required) 
• High energy, disciplined, with a win-first mentality 
• Willing to work evenings and weekends—where the money is
