Position Highlights: Primarily outpatient‑focused practice with inpatient consultative responsibilities. Manage a diverse patient population including diabetes, pituitary and adrenal disorders, PCOS, and osteoporosis. Work alongside experienced Advanced Practice Providers, diabetes nurses, certified diabetes educators, and dedicated support staff who help optimize workflow and patient care. Collaborate closely with Endocrine Surgery and Otolaryngology in a highly integrated care model. Access to state‑of‑the‑art ultrasound technology onsite. Supportive leadership team invested in physician engagement, career development, and long‑term success. Academic health system environment with opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and professional growth, if desired. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology Commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality patient care Strong communication and collaboration skills Pay Range: $248,000 - $332,000 Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees.
