• Enjoy a mix of Plastic Surgery and ENT
• Combined compensation breakdown: .50 FTE Plastic Surgery salary range from $80,500 to $92,500; .50 FTE Otolaryngology (ENT) salary range from $85,600 - $95,000
• This well-rounded position offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient, with opportunity for rounding, ED consults, discharge, 1st assist, and clinic
• Partner with a well-established group of Plastic Surgeons and ENT physicians in Tacoma, WA
• One year experience as a Physician Assistant in a surgical specialty preferred
• First assist experience is preferred

Position Summary

MultiCare Plastics Department is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our well-established, thriving program. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in an outpatient practice to include clinic visits, in-office procedures. Participation in call coverage responsibilities may be assigned.
It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Plastic Surgery practice with community partners across Puget Sound.Responsibilities •Inpatient consults, ED consults, Rounding •Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures •Patient & Family education•Pre & Post Op visits•In-basket Management•APP/staff onboarding and trainingRequirements•WA State Physician Assistant license required•WA DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required•BLS for Healthcare providers - certification by AHA, required•Surgical Experience Preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $161,000.00 - $185,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
