Job Title: Bartender Company: Hillside Resort Location: Wentworth, SD (Lake Madison) Job Type: Part-Time (Seasonal and Year-Round Opportunities Available) Job Description Hillside Resort is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced lake environment. Our bartenders play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service Maintain a clean and organized bar area Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately Restock bar inventory and monitor supplies Assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff Follow all state and local alcohol laws and company policies Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and mixed drinks Ability to work evenings and weekends Excellent communication and multitasking skillsReliable transportation and strong work ethic Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol in South Dakota Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage plus tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Opportunity for growth and advancement How to Apply Apply through HireClick or stop by Hillside Resort to complete an application. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hillside Resort
