The role involves managing seating, maintaining service quality, and maximizing sales opportunities while upholding hospitality standards. Wear restaurant uniform and maintain cleanliness. Exemplify hospitality standards. Answer guests’ questions about the restaurant. Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as priority. Cooperate with management and co‑workers to assist others with duties, if needed. Communicate suggestions for improvement positively. Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant. Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly. Know emergency procedures. Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
