Pay: $90-$100 per hour
Schedule: Flexible hours Work-life balance supported
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, VA 23291
Telehealth or in-person
Era ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across Virginia. We offer a supportive, collaborative, and positive environment where clinicians can grow, feel valued, and focus on delivering high-quality care. Our strong administrative support team allows you to spend less time on paperwork and more time doing meaningful clinical work.

What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs/ABA technicians
Train staff and monitor treatment fidelity
Analyze data and adjust programs as needed
Provide compassionate support to families
Prepare progress reports and documentation
Requirements
Active BCBA LBA certification (required)
2-3 years ABA Experience
